Notice of Publication - Draft Local Planning Policy 1.3: Design Review Panel
At its Ordinary Meeting held on 26 August 2025 (item 12.2.3), Council resolved to proceed with advertising amendments to draft Local Planning Policy 1.3: Design Review Panel.
In accordance with the requirements of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, public notice is hereby given of amendments to this Policy.
The draft Policy has been reviewed to better align with the State Government’s updated Local Government Design Review Manual, and outlines the scope, responsibilities and Terms of Reference for the Town’s Design Review Panel members including the Chair.

Any submissions on the draft Policy must be submitted by 5:00pm Friday, 26 September 2025, via the online submission form, by email to mail@cambridge.wa.gov.au, or in writing to PO Box 15, Floreat, WA 6014.
