Winmarley Park Playground in Floreat has been identified as requiring replacement through our playground audit and inspection program and replacement is scheduled to be completed this year.

Scope includes:

  • Engagement with residents and park users
  • Design
  • Installation of new play equipment
  • Shade sails are being retained

Project Schedule:

  • Engagement and design October/November 2025
  • Procurement and production December 2025 – February 2026
  • Site works and installation February – April 2026
