Easter trading hours

Town of Cambridge Administration Centre and Cambridge Library will be closed from Friday 3 April to Monday 6 April 2026. Bold Park Aquatic and Wembley Golf Course will operate with adjusted hours.
Waste collection services for Good Friday - 3rd April will move to Saturday 4th April. Easter Monday waste collections will remain the same.

Rag Yarn Basket Making Workshop

Discover how to re-purpose textile waste into an attractive and functional rag yarn hanging basket at this free and fun two-part workshop. Attendance at both workshops (21 June & 19 July) is essential.

This workshop is part of the Town of Cambridge Textile Waste Reduction Program, which includes Adult’s and Children’s Wardrobe Refresh Events, Mend-It workshops and more.

Australians buy more clothes than almost any other nation, and of 373,000 tonnes of new clothing imported into Australia each year, an estimated 200,000 tonnes will end up in landfill. This program aims to slow down fashion, and offer our residents range of solutions for their textile waste.
