The Town has received an application for alterations to the driveway and front landscaping area at the above-mentioned property.

Local Planning Policy 3.1 – Streetscape:

  1. The proposed modifications to the front fencing infill panels do not meet the ‘open style’ definition in the Policy, as the slat depth is 76mm in lieu of 70mm, and the slat width is 25mm in lieu of 10mm.

The Town can consider and approve applications that do not meet the deemed-to-comply provisions where the proposed development satisfies certain design principles.

To assist the Town in determining this application, you are invited to view the plans and comment on the parts of the development that do not meet the deemed-to-comply provisions and/or the proposed use.
