Temporary Display of Goods/Stallholders (non-food) Application

To display non-food goods on public property on Town owned or managed land, you must apply for a Temporary Display of Goods Permit.

A person is permitted to operate a stall in a public place only if:

  • they hold a valid Temporary Display of Goods Permit; or
  • they are listed as an assistant on a valid Temporary Display of Goods Permit

How to apply 

1. Prepare your documentation

Ensure you have digital copies of all relevant documents, including:

  • A plan, photos, or an accurate sketch of the proposed area and display structures
  • Details of what is proposed to be displayed that is non-food related 
  • Public liability insurance
2. Apply online
  • To operate a temporary display of goods (non-food) stall, you must submit a Temporary Display of Goods Permit Application here.
3. Payment

Once your application is received, the Enviromental Health Services Team will contact you regarding payment. The application will not be processed until payment has been made.
